Fees

Unfunded rate for 3-4 year olds - £6.00 per hour.

Unfunded rate for 2-3year olds - £7.50 per hour.

This price includes morning and afternoon snacks. We invoice at the start of each term and we ask that you pay within 14 days. Our fees are reviewed on an annual basis.

A voluntary consumables charge is added for funded places at £8 per week from September 2025, this is adjusted depending on number of days. This covers extras including cooking, dance classes etc.

Early Years Entitlement Funding

Universal Offer (all parents)

3- to 4-year-olds:
All parents can access 15 hours of funded early education per week for 38 weeks of the year

2-year-olds (some non-working parents):
Some children of 2 years old can get 15 hours of funded early education.

Extended Entitlement for Working Parents

9 months to 4-year-olds: Starting in September 2025, working parents will be eligible for up to 30 hours per week.

Payment

We accept cash, cheques or bank transfer as forms of payment. Fees are still payable if your child is off sick or you chose to take your child out during term time for a holiday.

Termination of Attendance

We ask for a written four-week notice period for the termination of attendance, except for rising fives transitioning to school. This applies to both funded and non-funded children. For funded children, the four-week notice period will also apply if transferring Early Years Funding to another setting. All funding will remain with Plymtree Pre-school and cannot be transferred to a new provider until the notice period has concluded. For non-funded children, fees will be charged for the full notice period, even if the child does not attend during that time.
